By using PintSpy you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

PintSpy is for people aged 18 or over. Please drink responsibly and know your limits; DrinkWise has good advice.

Prices are a guide

Prices and happy hours come from venue menus, public listings and reports from people who use PintSpy. Venues change their prices and specials, sometimes without notice, so what you see may be out of date or wrong. The price charged at the venue is the one that counts. Check with the venue if it matters to you.

“Cheapest” on PintSpy means the cheapest price we know about for that drink, place and time. It isn’t a guarantee that no cheaper drink exists.

Featured and sponsored venues

Venues can pay to be featured. Paid placements are always marked “Featured” or “Sponsored”, and paying never changes a venue’s price or its place in the cheapest-first ranking.

Reporting prices

• Only report prices you’ve seen yourself, and report them honestly.
• Don’t send anything offensive, misleading or that you don’t have the right to share.
• We check reports and can edit, reject or remove them, and can block accounts that misuse the site.
• By sending a report or suggestion you let us show it on PintSpy and use it to keep prices up to date.

Our responsibility

We work to keep PintSpy accurate and running, but we provide it as is and can’t promise it will always be correct or available. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from relying on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Names and logos

Venue names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the venues. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and © MapTiler.

Changes and contact
